Responsibilities
- Run day to day safety operations in line with established policies and standard operating procedures
- Triage, log and manage safety incident cases from intake through resolution within defined SLAs
- Provide empathetic support and coordination for Captains and customers involved in safety incidents
- Lead investigations into safety related issues and summarize findings for senior stakeholders
- Maintain accurate incident records, prepare regular safety reports, and highlight trends to leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve safety processes and tools based on frontline observations
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in safety operations and incident management
- Direct experience in road safety operations
- Experience in transportation, mobility, or delivery industry preferred
- Hands on experience managing incidents, documentation, and cross-team coordination
- Proven track record working with SOPs and SLAs in fast paced environments
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Willingness to work in shifts and respond to out of hours issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Urdu or Arabic language skills
- Familiarity with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
- Passion for leveraging AI technology to optimize workflows
