Sales Account Executive (Arabic)

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business across the GCC, with a primary focus on construction and adjacent field-operations industries
• Run outbound calling campaigns to connect directly with decision-makers
• Travel regularly within the region to meet prospects and customers face-to-face
• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospect, pitch, negotiate, close
• Represent Jibble at regional industry events
• Feed market intelligence back to the team as one of our first people on the ground in the region

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker, fluent in English
• Based in a GCC country (Dubai/UAE preferred)
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with a genuine outbound/hunting track record
• Extensive cold-calling experience; comfortable and effective on the phone
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Self-driven, structured, and comfortable building a territory from scratch
• Willing to travel regularly across the region
