About the Company

Our mission is to build enterprise software and products that empower people to make mortgage lending simpler and more accessible. Our digital mortgage platform powers hundreds of mortgage lending institutions nationwide, from independent mortgage banks and credit unions to brokers and community banks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account-based sales strategies tailored to mortgage lenders
  • Build, manage, and convert a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
  • Identify prospective customers, run discovery, and conduct product demonstrations
  • Lead consultative sales to map solutions to customer workflows and business value
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy using Salesforce
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes within the mortgage and fintech landscape

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of closing experience in mortgage-related SaaS
  • Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals with meaningful ACV
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
  • Experience navigating ambiguity in growth-stage environments
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools like Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20-30% for prospect meetings and industry events

  • Meaningful exposure to the mortgage industry and lending workflows
  • A bias toward action, curiosity, and continuous improvement
