Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas and obtain orders from existing customers and new accounts
• Visit and call new customers to analyze business opportunities and develop relationships
• Respond to RFPs, negotiate, and close orders
• Ensure timely collection of customer invoice payments
• Focus on customer retention and new business penetration within the assigned territory
• Manage the sales order process from data collection to delivery to ensure satisfaction
• Participate in team sales calls, proposal development, and pricing presentations
• Develop strong business relationships with vendor representatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Knowledge of the Dubai local market
• Knowledge of networking products such as Cisco, Avaya, Juniper, and HP
• Experience managing customer accounts at technical, management, and executive levels
• Strong sales skills including prospecting, account planning, and negotiation
• Valid driving license
