Responsibilities
- Build and grow strong relationships with auto dealers and key stakeholders
- Meet with clients monthly and manage yearly contract renewals
- Review client accounts to highlight performance improvement areas
- Sell additional dubizzle features and new products to clients
- Act as the primary point of contact and initial technical reference for clients
- Monitor and analyze client health and quality metrics to improve service usage
- Analyze competitor spend to identify opportunities to transfer budget to dubizzle
- Manage client expectations and hit performance targets
- Utilize Salesforce for activity tracking, including calls and meetings
- Stay updated on motor industry laws and local news
Requirements
- Minimum of secondary education; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Valid UAE driving licence (required)
- Experience in classifieds or motors industry (preferred)
- Strong understanding of sales processes, questioning techniques, and objection handling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
- Hindi or Urdu speaking ability (preferred)
- Ability to work in a challenging environment and meet personal targets
