About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of real estate agency clients as the primary point of contact
- Drive contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of advertising products to exceed revenue targets
- Analyze listing and lead performance to provide data-driven recommendations for ROI improvement
- Educate clients on platform products and ensure optimal use of advertising solutions
- Provide insights on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity
- Develop tailored account growth strategies based on agency inventory and business goals
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance client experience
- Conduct regular performance reviews and present action plans for improvement
Requirements
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Valid UAE driver's license
- Minimum of secondary education (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Intermediate knowledge of sales processes
- Ability to handle client objections and deliver excellent customer experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to exceed quotas
