About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve allocated sales targets and market share to meet division objectives
- Create and develop business relationships with clients to maximize satisfaction
- Utilize company resources efficiently to maximize profits
- Report sales forecasts and business updates to immediate supervisor
- Maintain client relationships to understand requirements and manage expectations
- Coordinate with logistics and service departments for timely delivery and installation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- 5 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager in office automation (MPS, MFP, Printers, Scanners, Large formats)
- Experience handling corporate verticals such as Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, or Education
- Knowledge of Managed Print Services (MPS) projects and Print Management Solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling sales for Xerox, Canon, RICOH, or Konica
- Product knowledge of Epson products
