Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in private healthcare sectors
• Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and product expansion
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing
• Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing support and relationship management
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data
• Monitor revenue, Accounts Receivable, and contract renewals

Requirements

• Maximum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Genuine interest in healthcare technology and digital transformation
• Working knowledge of AI terminology and healthcare AI market trends
• Ability to travel within the region
