Sales Account Manager - Print/IT

Responsibilities

• Drive direct B2B sales across enterprise, government, and SME clients in the UAE
• Generate new business opportunities and actively acquire new clients
• Manage and grow existing accounts within the assigned territory
• Sell solutions including print (MFP, MPS, document solutions) and IT infrastructure
• Understand client requirements and position appropriate technical solutions
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience within the UAE
• Proven track record in enterprise/corporate sales and new business development
• Experience selling print solutions, office automation, or IT infrastructure/managed services
• Strong exposure to solution selling and handling large accounts
• Ability to independently generate leads and close deals end-to-end
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license
