Sales Account Manager - Production Printing

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts to ensure long-term business relationships and high satisfaction levels.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share and achieve annual sales revenue targets.
• Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and contracts for production printing solutions.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Coordinate with technical, service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales forecasts and periodic reports.
• Support the collection of outstanding payments and account receivables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.
• Proven ability in market analysis and business development.
