About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients monthly and when yearly contracts need renewal
- Review clients' accounts and highlight areas for performance improvement
- Sell additional dubizzle features to clients
- Ensure all client renewals and upgrades are performed in a timely fashion
- Work closely with management to sell new products
- Act as the first point of contact and technical reference point for clients
- Monitor and analyze clients' dubizzle 'Health' and quality metrics
- Manage client expectations and hit performance targets
- Utilize Salesforce for activity tracking
- Keep up to date with motor industry laws and local news
Requirements
- Minimum of secondary education (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- UAE driving licence required
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Experience in classifieds or motors industry is desirable
- Working understanding of sales processes, including questioning, objection handling, and closing
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Arabic speaking preferred
