About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to student enquiries across social media, WhatsApp, calls and email
- Convert leads from all sources into enrolments
- Guide students through enrolment, documentation and fee collection
- Maintain accurate student records compliant with DHA and KHDA requirements
- Manage inventory and consumables
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service or administration
- Beauty education industry experience a plus
- Track record of meeting targets and KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM platforms and salon software
- Excellent written and verbal communication; English essential, Arabic a plus
