Sales Advisor, Ford - Dubai

Responsibilities

• Carry out sales in accordance to pre agreed monthly targets and budgets
• Prepare and maintain visit/call reports highlighting salient features
• Attend to customers visiting the showroom and offer qualified advice on product specifications
• Maintain close contact with prospect customers through sales calls and visits
• Maintain customer database and contribute to prospect list development
• Ensure pre-delivery inspections and proper documentation of sales transactions
• Ensure accurate recording of vehicle transactions with sales administration
• Provide highest degree of customer service and satisfaction to maximize repeat sales
• Provide customers with qualified advice on vehicle finance and insurance facilities
• Participate in seasonal sales campaigns and promotions

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational route
• 3-5 years solid experience in the GCC market
• Good knowledge of automobile sales gained through formal training or work experience
• Attention to details and concern for quality
• Dynamic and proactive personality
