Sales Advisor, Lincoln - Fujairah

Responsibilities

• Carry out sales in accordance to pre agreed monthly targets and budgets
• Prepare and maintain visit/call reports highlighting salient features
• Report weekly/monthly on performance data compared to targets
• Attend to customers in the showroom and offer qualified advice on product specifications
• Maintain close contact with prospect customers through calls and visits
• Maintain customer database and develop prospects list
• Ensure pre-delivery inspections and proper documentation of sales transactions
• Ensure accurate recording of vehicle transactions with sales administration
• Provide highest degree of customer service and satisfaction
• Advise customers on available extras, accessories, and warranties
• Notify customers of delays or changes in requirements
• Provide advice on vehicle finance and insurance facilities
• Participate in seasonal sales campaigns and promotions

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational route
• 3-5 years solid experience in the GCC market
• Good knowledge of automobile sales
• Attention to detail and concern for quality
• Dynamic and proactive personality
