Sales and Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Find, respond to, and manage RFQ and bid responses from qualified opportunities
• Conduct outreach to high-value business clients to assess suitability for business accounts
• Perform outreach to cold and active business account users to assess needs and collect feedback
• Support the customer support team in converting high-value individual or business clients
• Identify and coordinate attendance at relevant conferences and events to build partnerships
• Manage accounts for long-term success and establish rapport with clients
• Prepare reports on accounts, transactions, and sales targets

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field
• Proven experience in a sales position
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of sales metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Remote working setup with a laptop and fast broadband connection

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience working within the Language Services industry
