Sales And Service Advisor (Outsource)

Responsibilities

• Source and facilitate home finance applications through the full onboarding journey
• Meet individual monthly disbursement and acquisition targets
• Identify business development opportunities to increase sales
• Handle after-sales queries until full disbursement for construction is complete
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction within agreed TAT
• Ensure daily submissions are complete in documentation and credit requirements
• Ensure compliance with bank processes, SOPs and central bank requirements
• Complete KYC and ID&V checks in line with guidelines

Requirements

• Sales and customer service experience of 2 years or more
• Real estate market knowledge and working experience
• Arabic speaking
• Knowledge of regulated financial services and banking industries
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Home finance banking experience
• Understanding of asset products
