About the role
Responsibilities
- Source and facilitate home finance applications for the customer onboarding journey
- Meet monthly disbursement and individual sales targets
- Identify business development opportunities to increase sales
- Manage after-sales queries and support customers through the disbursement process
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) and compliance with bank processes and central bank requirements
- Complete appropriate KYC and ID&V documentation
- Ensure accurate information is communicated to prevent mis-selling
Requirements
- Sales and customer service experience
- Real estate market knowledge and working experience
- Home finance banking experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
