Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support strategy consultants in daily operations including follow-ups, documentation, and organization
• Conduct telephone contact with prospects for structured pre-qualification
• Plan and coordinate appointments according to fixed processes
• Prepare and follow up on consulting sessions
• Assist with trade fairs and events through organization and list management

Requirements

• Organized, precise, and conscientious work style
• Ability to follow and implement existing processes
• Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Resilience, punctuality, and high sense of duty
• German language fluency (native or professional level)
