About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver superior client experience by ensuring clients feel welcomed, valued, and promptly attended to
- Demonstrate mastery of AP brand fundamentals, history, and watch collections
- Engage with clients through storytelling and emotional connection to build loyal relationships
- Stay up-to-date on competitor products and industry trends
- Ensure full compliance with AP company policies, IT tools, and retail operations
- Adhere to AP Dress Code and Grooming Guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the luxury watch industry
- Previous experience in managing client relationships in a luxury retail environment
- Fluent English language skills
- Arabic language skills are a plus
- Great sense of initiative
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer management skills
