About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of sales and reconcile daily transactions
- Provide a welcoming and engaging experience for all customers
- Assist customers in understanding raffle prizes, promotions, and product details
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
- Support new team members through training and mentorship
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills for processing sales and maintaining records
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum one year of experience in sales or customer service
- Proficiency in English
