Sales Associate – Early Childhood Training and Development

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our UAE-based team and help drive growth in one of the most exciting sectors—early childhood education.

• Cultural awareness: Experience in the UAE or GCC region is preferred, and you’re excited to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Arabian Child’s training and consulting services across the UAE.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including early childhood centers, schools, and corporate partners.
• Representing Arabian Child at industry events, networking sessions, and promotional activities.
• Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Reporting on sales performance and providing insights to improve strategies and processes.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to align on campaigns and promotional efforts.
