Sales & Client Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into strategic responses and compelling proposals
• Develop proposal structures, creative concepts, and campaign ideas
• Research brands and market opportunities to identify high-potential leads
• Build prospect lists and support outreach messaging
• Support the development of pitch decks, case studies, and sales collateral
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for research, ideation, and prospecting
• Identify ways AI and automation can improve commercial workflows

Requirements

• Experience in creative strategy, influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong ability to interpret briefs and turn them into persuasive proposals
• Excellent written communication, storytelling, and research skills
• Strong understanding of creators, social platforms, and digital culture
• Confident using AI tools to improve workflows
• Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• GCC or MENA market experience is an advantage
