About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales conversations with pre-qualified warm leads, no cold calling
- Uncover the real problem in conversations and guide prospects into coaching programs
- Run structured follow-up consistently
- Keep complete documentation in the CRM
Requirements
- Proven closing strength in phone sales, ideally high-ticket, coaching or services
- Emotional stability and resilience under pressure
- Ability to lead clear, confrontational conversations without disrespect
- Structure, discipline and comfort with numbers
- Self-driven work style
