About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and execute sales communication plans and calendars
- Draft and edit communications, announcements, newsletters, talking points and field resources
- Translate complex product, process and policy information into audience-appropriate messages
- Coordinate communication intake, review, approval, scheduling and distribution
- Partner with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to validate content
- Segment and tailor communications for sales roles, channels and leaders
- Support change communications for product, process and technology initiatives
- Prepare briefing materials and presentations for sales leaders and events
- Monitor communication performance and recommend improvements
- Manage assigned projects and recurring deliverables independently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, business or English, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in internal, sales, corporate or change communications
- Strong writing and editing skills in plain language
- Experience translating complex information into clear content
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with email, newsletters, intranet and presentations
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, financial services, insurance, automotive or other regulated environments
- Experience with content-management, email-distribution or analytics tools
