About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and track LPO expiry dates for renewals
- Coordinate with clients regarding annual RENT contract renewals and RFQs
- Assist the Technical Support Manager with daily operational and technical tasks
- Respond to daily emails, complaints, and inquiries
- Reassign refilling schedules and coordinate with temporary personnel
- Support technicians with location and contact details during installations
- Manage monthly commission reports and verify accuracy
- Review cancelled clients, confirm reasons, and offer alternative products
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports, evaluations, and attendance sheets
- Coordinate with Marketing and Purchasing for PED design requests
- Provide cross-functional support to the Accounts department
Requirements
- Arabic speaking proficiency required
- Experience in sales coordination or administrative support
- Ability to manage quotations, LPOs, and RFQs
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in managing daily operational tasks and documentation
