Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Attend customer phone calls and provide feedback
• Handle invoicing, deliveries, stock arrangements and coordination with the sales team
• Follow up on collection of accounts receivable
• Coordinate with branches and internal departments
• Handle post-dated cheques, cash cheques and daily cash collections
• Prepare sales and administrative reports
• Maintain customer data in the system for admin and finance
• Schedule meetings, travel plans and department activities
• Perform clerical and administrative duties, including office records and visitor logistics

Requirements

• Graduate, preferably in business management
• 2-3 years of administration experience
• Excellent communication and business relationship management skills
• Fluent English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience
