Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Pre-qualifying and coordinating with the sales controller to handle new leads
• Following up on existing cold and warm leads
• Cold calling and emailing old leads to check interest and assigning them to CEM
• Engaging in all CRM activities to maximize system benefits
• Generating required reports
• Liaising with marketing, finance, sales support, and operations to update clients
• Attending weekly sales meetings and key appraisals with the director of client relations
• Undertaking training and development activities as needed
• Staying informed about changes in laws and regulations
• Following up on closed lost deals and pending payments

Requirements

• Full English proficiency
• Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office)
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and Outlook
• Exceptional email communication, interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette
• Previous experience in diverse organizations
• Proven experience in customer support and client engagement
• Cold calling experience (50+ calls daily)
• Background in customer service
• Experience tracking relevant KPIs such as customer satisfaction
