Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying)
• Prepare sales-related documents such as proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
• Gather materials and assemble information packages
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
• Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in sales software
• Answer guest questions about property facilities, services, rates, and promotions
• Serve as the point of contact for clients via phone and email
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information
• Comply with quality assurance standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• Ability to move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds
