Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Pre-screen and conduct system checks on applications to ensure alignment with process and policy requirements
• Maintain robust MIS and track all applications to support NSM in delivering Management Information (MI)
• Support the sales team in the fulfillment of pay orders and clearance letters at other banks
• Manage document custody and safe storage for sales officers and advisors
• Coordinate with sales teams to prepare mandatory reports on deferrals, buyouts, and mystery shopping
• Monitor and follow up with sales staff regarding CRM leads and ONR
• Coordinate with sales teams on pending issues related to complaints, mis-selling, or fraud
• Support error rate reduction in submissions to increase efficiency via lean principles
• Manage office equipment maintenance and facilitate system access for new joiners
• Ensure all activities work within policies and procedural parameters as per Audit requirements

Requirements

• Graduate degree
• 3 years of work experience in a financial institution within sales management
• Excellent stakeholder and people management skills
• Expert knowledge of sales management techniques
• Fair knowledge of credit compliance and risk management
• Knowledge of sales operation procedures and policies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficient computer skills
