About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and internal teams
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents
- Follow up with customers and respond to queries
- Maintain customer records and track enquiries/orders
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams
- Assist in reports and documentation
- Ensure smooth and efficient sales operations
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- MS Office (Excel & Word)
- Coordination & follow-up skills
- Attention to detail & documentation
- Time management & organization
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Willingness to learn and grow
