Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads daily
• Manage inbound leads as the first point of contact with rapid response times
• Calculate and provide accurate estimates and quotes to prospective customers
• Qualify leads by identifying fit and interest level
• Schedule callbacks and maintain organized follow-up activity
• Log call outcomes and notes in CRM software such as HubSpot
• Meet daily outbound activity targets and performance metrics

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
• Experience using CRM software and cloud-based phone systems
• Strong follow-through, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Dedicated, noise-free home office with high-speed internet

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar phone-based sales role
• Hands-on experience with SmartMoving CRM
