Responsibilities
- Identify and research high-fit accounts in the Bay Area and beyond
- Craft personalized LinkedIn and email outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Book high-quality discovery meetings
- Maintain CRM hygiene
- Help refine messaging and ICP
Requirements
- 1–3 years in SDR/BDR or early-stage sales role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High research and personalization ability
- Comfort with creative or marketing teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI, SaaS, or creative tech
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Event-driven prospecting experience
- Ambition to grow into AE / GTM role
