Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to design and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns
• Create meaningful, qualified conversations with HR, Learning, and Talent leaders
• Use tools like Gong Engage, Qualified, ZoomInfo Co-pilot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research accounts and identify stakeholders
• Apply AI-assisted workflows to automate research and messaging while maintaining personalization
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity goals for calls and personalized emails
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity and lead statuses within Salesforce
• Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on inbound lead quality and campaign messaging
