About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify law enforcement, fire, EMS, and first responder agencies that could benefit from Sharp Performance
- Reach prospects through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
- Engage with chiefs, sheriffs, command staff, and other agency decision-makers
- Qualify opportunities by understanding agency challenges around retention, morale, and performance
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Research territories and accounts to identify key stakeholders
- Track activity, meetings, and pipeline conversion rates in HubSpot
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR
- Strong confidence on the phone and ability to tell a compelling story
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels
- High level of coachability and desire to improve sales craft
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
