About the Company
The Growth Center is a high-growth Business Development company serving B2B SaaS companies. We are building a team of A-players to join us on the journey to make a positive impact in the B2B business world.
Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads from ads and organic traffic
- Respond to inbound cold email and LinkedIn replies
- Manage a pipeline of inbound leads using internal software platforms
- Follow up with leads in the Sales CRM and re-engage closed-lost opportunities
- Call and qualify inbound prospects to assess needs
- Set appointments for Account Executives and ensure high show rates through reminders
Requirements
- Proactive and resilient attitude toward rejection
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to lead tracking
- Results-driven and competitive mindset focused on sales KPIs
- Tech-savvy with comfort using CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to work closely with a team for seamless lead handoffs
