Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Contact new inbound leads within minutes of their registration
• Follow a structured qualification script to confirm key information and assess interest
• Schedule qualified appointments with the senior sales team
• Follow up consistently through phone calls, WhatsApp, and SMS to maximize booking rates
• Conduct appointment confirmations and reminder calls to maintain a high show-up rate
• Keep the CRM accurate, organized, and up to date with all interactions and outcomes

Requirements

• Native or bilingual Spanish
• Fluent English for internal communication
• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer success, or client-facing roles
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Full-time availability during standard business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
