About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close for complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Drive new logo acquisitions and execute account-based sales strategies
- Build executive-level relationships with C-suite, VP, and Director levels
- Lead value-based discovery and solution positioning aligned to customer business outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, SDRs, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual quota targets
Requirements
- 3-10 years of B2B Enterprise Software Sales experience
- Training and success in a process-oriented sales environment (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger)
- Track record of successful prospecting and closing new clients
- Ability to navigate C-Suite relationships and procurement processes
- Experience with SFDC, Google Workspace, and tools like HubSpot, LI Sales Nav, and Gong
- Base knowledge of AI/ML and ability to position these concepts to clients
- Prior experience within entrepreneurial, high-growth software companies
Preferred Qualifications
- P&C or Specialty Insurance industry experience
