Sales Director, OTC

Responsibilities

• Build and own the regional OTC pipeline by originating relationships with institutional clients across FX desks, treasury operations, and digital asset funds.
• Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach through term sheet negotiation to meet quarterly booking targets.
• Serve as the primary interface between external clients and Ripple's internal OTC desk to translate client needs into executable trades.
• Provide real-time market color and client feedback to the trading desk to help shape product and pricing offerings.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on Ripple's liquidity products including spot, options, and stablecoin settlement.
• Represent Ripple at industry events and market forums across the Middle East.

Requirements

• 8+ years in institutional sales or a trading-adjacent role (FX broker, tier-1/tier-2 bank FX/EM desk, or crypto liquidity provider).
• Direct experience interfacing with an institutional trading desk.
• Established network of active relationships across institutional FX desks and digital asset treasury teams in the Middle East.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets in a relationship-driven market.
• Strong understanding of OTC market mechanics, FX settlement workflows, and digital asset liquidity dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills for both C-suite and desk-level discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a reputable crypto exchange or institutional digital asset firm in a revenue role.
• Familiarity with blockchain-enabled settlement, stablecoin liquidity, or cross-border payment rails.
