About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global sales strategy, go-to-market plan and annual revenue targets
- Own the new business number, sales forecast and pipeline health
- Drive strategic and enterprise deals from first conversation to close
- Hire, onboard, coach and develop account executives
- Set territories, quotas and compensation plans with Finance and HR
- Align with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partner Management and Customer Success
Requirements
- 10-15 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Experience leading sales teams
- Proven success in global or multi-region roles
- Experience selling into BENEFR, UK, US or DACH market
- Structured sales methodology, forecasting and pipeline management
- Excellent communication and executive presence
- Fluent English
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
