About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver regional sales targets, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy
- Drive new logo acquisition and expansion of strategic accounts across banking and wealth management
- Build and maintain C-suite relationships (CEO, CIO, COO) and lead complex sales cycles
- Partner with pre-sales and delivery teams to shape winning proposals and business cases
- Build and manage a regional partner ecosystem including system integrators and advisory firms
- Track market trends and regulatory changes to position differentiated value propositions
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of proven sales experience in banking, wealth management, or fintech
- Strong understanding of financial services regulations and technology trends
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex software solutions using consultative methodologies
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in English; French and Arabic are considered an advantage
