Sales Enablement Manager, Digital Pathology

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial sales support to Sales Specialists and Application Specialists
• Create and develop sales enablement resources such as tools, guides, and case studies
• Collaborate with Global Marketing to generate relevant marketing campaigns and congress content
• Provide Digital and Computational Pathology expertise for Aperio Solutions
• Lead communication and collaboration with the Business Unit to translate strategy into the field
• Provide periodic field-based and remote product training for the Commercial team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology or medical disciplines or biology related field
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in sales, commercial marketing, product management, or similar functions
• Proven experience in Life Science segment as well as in the tissue diagnostics and medical devices industry
• Expertise in presenting to customers and peers
• Experience in business strategy including market segmentation and financial analysis
• Ability to travel 40% within EMEA, America and High Growth Market Regions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Pathology sales support or enablement
• Experience influencing large, geographically distributed teams
• Knowledge of Image Analysis algorithms and Artificial Intelligence applied to clinical diagnostic fields
