Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on complex opportunities and technical validation
- Translate technical complexity into business value for prospects
- Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations
- Guide technical discovery methodologies and equip sales teams
- Own complex conversations regarding integrations, APIs, and security
- Build and maintain a consistent, reliable demo environment
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams
- Help establish and scale the Sales Engineering function
Requirements
- Ability to make complex technical concepts simple for business audiences
- Commercially minded approach to technical problem solving
- Strong storytelling skills during product demonstrations
- Proactive and resourceful mindset for building processes from scratch
- Strong judgment regarding when to engage in the sales process
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing Sales Engineer role in SaaS
- Experience with commercial real estate technology or Salesforce
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and AI-powered software
