About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery calls and demos for Facilities-focused opportunities with Account Executives
- Serve as the SE team's subject-matter expert on the Facilities module
- Handle Facilities-specific technical questions and objections
- Provide structured product feedback to Product and Product Marketing
- Represent Incident IQ at industry trade shows, conferences and user groups
- Maintain the Facilities demo environment and supporting assets
- Track competitive developments in K-12 facilities management software
Requirements
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Background in K-12 facilities management or CMMS pre-sales experience
- Minimum 3 years in pre-sales, sales engineering or facilities management in K-12
- Working knowledge of work order management, preventive maintenance and asset management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel more than 50%
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of API workflows and K-12 system integration
