Sales Engineer, Facilities

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery calls and demos for Facilities-focused opportunities with Account Executives
• Serve as the SE team's subject-matter expert on the Facilities module
• Handle Facilities-specific technical questions and objections
• Provide structured product feedback to Product and Product Marketing
• Represent Incident IQ at industry trade shows, conferences and user groups
• Maintain the Facilities demo environment and supporting assets
• Track competitive developments in K-12 facilities management software

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Background in K-12 facilities management or CMMS pre-sales experience
• Minimum 3 years in pre-sales, sales engineering or facilities management in K-12
• Working knowledge of work order management, preventive maintenance and asset management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel more than 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of API workflows and K-12 system integration
