About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive growth for the Aftermarket division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with a focus on HVAC
- Focus on driving Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales and expanding aftermarket revenue
- Approach existing installation bases to generate new business opportunities
- Leverage technical and commercial expertise to maximize service penetration
- Develop and close AMC opportunities including preventive and predictive maintenance packages
- Build long-term customer relationships and position appropriate service solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC aftermarket/aftersales business within the GCC region
- Expertise in HVAC service offerings with a major focus on Chiller systems
- Proficiency in generating new business from existing HVAC installation bases
- Proven track record of sales achievements
- Fluent English language skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC core service sales within Dubai & NE
- Valid UAE driving license
