About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth for the Aftermarket division segment for Building Technology and Solutions with a focus on HVAC
- Convert current installation base business into Aftermarket business
- Generate business through AMC offerings including preventive and predictive maintenance
- Suggest site improvements to existing and new customers
- Develop long-term customer relationships and drive territory growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC aftermarket/aftersales business within the GCC region
- Expertise in HVAC Service offerings with a major focus on Chiller systems
- Proficiency in generating new business from existing installation bases
- Proven track record of sales achievements
- Fluent English language skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC core service sales within Abu Dhabi & NE
- Valid UAE driving license
