About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth for the Aftermarket division segment with a focus on HVAC
- Convert current installation base business into Aftermarket business
- Grow market share with new business customers in the Abu Dhabi region
- Generate business through AMC offerings including preventive and predictive maintenance
- Suggest site improvements to existing and new customers with active installation bases
- Develop long-term customer relationships and drive territory growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC aftermarket/aftersales within the GCC region
- Expertise in HVAC service offerings, specifically Chiller systems
- Proven track record of sales achievements
- Proficiency in generating new business from existing HVAC installation bases
- Fluent English language skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC core service sales within Abu Dhabi & NE
- Valid UAE driving license
