About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations in Spanish for regional stakeholders
- Partner with LATAM Account Executives to address technical and compliance concerns
- Lead structured proof-of-value (POV) engagements and trials
- Identify technical pain points through customer discovery calls
- Troubleshoot and research basic technical issues during the sales process
- Translate customer needs into technical product solutions
Requirements
- Native or full professional fluency in Spanish and English
- 1+ years of presales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS
- Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity and technical architecture
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer engagements across time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency or working knowledge of Portuguese
- Experience with regional cybersecurity trends and regulations in Latin America
- Familiarity with security awareness training or phishing simulation
- Experience with Active Directory or common IT infrastructure
