About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets
- Help accountants follow up and collect receivables
- Coordinate with Project Manager for execution and smooth project flow
- Maintain company-client relations
- Acquire new clients and seek prospective business
- Prepare comparison sheets and submittals for clients
- Ensure implementation of activities required for proper department procedure flow
- Follow the Tender & Contract Review Control Procedure
- Improve and maintain company reputation and performance across all divisions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Proficiency in marketing and sales concepts
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and sustain client relationships
- Organized and meticulous with strong follow-up skills
