About the role
Responsibilities
- Create, qualify and close new sales opportunities in the UAE ELV and security systems portfolio
- Sell greenfield and new construction projects, growing market share with existing and new clients
- Prepare high-quality proposals and take part in tendering and bidding with pre-sales support
- Differentiate Johnson Controls against competitors' strategies, products and services
- Build long-term customer relationships and map stakeholders across contractor, consultant and end user levels
- Deliver technical presentations and own techno-commercial submissions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Instrumentation
- 3-5 years of ELV or security systems sales experience in the UAE market
- Experience explaining technical solutions with commercial understanding
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Fluent English
- UAE driving license
